Working Principle:
The fully automatic basement sewage discharge equipment mainly consists of a collection (sewage) tank, lift pump, auxiliary sewage pump, control cabinet, and corresponding filters, pipelines, valves, etc.
When sewage enters the equipment through the system pipeline, it first passes through the #1 and #2 check valves and filters, simultaneously filtering out debris larger than 5mm, and then enters the collection tank. When the sewage in the collection (sewage) tank reaches the set high water level, the liquid level controller sends a signal to start the #1 or #2 system for drainage via the control cabinet. At this time, the pressurized sewage flows backward through the filter, providing a backwashing effect. Under water pressure, the #1 or #2 check valve system closes, and check valve #3 or #4 opens to discharge the sewage outdoors. When the #1 system is draining, it does not affect the #2 system's inflow; sewage can still enter the collection tank through the open check valve #1 or #2, without interfering with the working pump's sewage lifting. When the sewage in the collection (sewage) tank decreases and the water level drops to the set low water level, the liquid level sensor sends a signal to the control cabinet, instructing the working lift pump to stop operating.
1. Lifting of ordinary domestic sewage and various types of sewage for discharge. Before using new buildings, construction debris inside the pipelines must be thoroughly cleared.
2. The pH range of the sewage is (pH ≥ 2).
3. The temperature of the sewage is between 0-40°C.
