Fully automatic sewage lifting devices are primarily used to discharge wastewater from sanitary fixtures in basements and locations far from drainage risers where gravity flow is not possible. They are also suitable for use in ships, vehicles, and other scenarios with suboptimal drainage conditions.

Sewage lifting equipment is a critical component of sewage system design, characterized by continuous but low-flow water movement with significant fluctuations and high levels of pollutants. Therefore, the design of the collection tank must include sufficient storage capacity and consider backup pumps. Additionally, efforts should be made to minimize environmental pollution during the design phase, and the station should provide favorable conditions for management and maintenance.

7. Wastewater enters the residue removal system, where large particles are automatically separated into the residue storage barrel.

8. Wastewater flows into the water storage tank and is lifted to the buffer tank by a submersible sewage pump.

9. Wastewater in the buffer tank flows by gravity into the primary separation tank.

10. Using a buffer inclined plate separation device and gravity separation method, grease is separated into the oil collection tank.

11. The oil collection tank is equipped with a constant temperature device to prevent grease solidification, allowing for periodic discharge.
