QM160T Fully Automatic Wet Electromagnetic Iron Remover

Scope of Application 

The QM160T electromagnetic iron remover is a new type of fully automatic iron remover independently developed by our company based on user requirements and incorporating advanced domestic and international experience. This iron remover integrates functions such as iron removal, slurry return, automatic cleaning, and blow-drying. All operations are controlled by a microcomputer, making it a highly cost-effective product.

This machine is powered by a dedicated silicon rectifier control box that supplies a DC excitation source. Once energized, the magnetic-conducting medium becomes magnetized. The material enters the magnetic-conducting medium from the bottom to the top, and as it passes through, iron powder, metal powders, and their oxides in the material are adsorbed onto the magnetic-conducting medium. The machine features excellent performance, with a magnetic induction intensity exceeding 2.8T in the working chamber, stable operation, simple operation, and an aesthetically pleasing design.
