QM150 Fully Automatic Dry Powder Electromagnetic Iron Remover

Scope of Application

The QM150 electromagnetic iron remover is a new type of fully automatic iron remover independently developed by our company based on user requirements and incorporating advanced domestic and international experience. This iron remover is suitable for powdery granular materials and features functions such as iron removal, automatic iron discharge, oil shortage alarm, and cooling oil moisture alarm. All operations are controlled by a microcomputer (PLC), making it a highly cost-effective product.

This machine is supplied with a DC excitation power source by a dedicated silicon rectifier control box. After power is applied, the steel magnetic conduction sheets are magnetized. Materials enter from top to bottom into the magnetic conduction sheets. When passing through the sheets, iron and other metal powders and their oxides in the materials are adsorbed onto the steel magnetic conduction sheets. The machine performs excellently, with a magnetic induction intensity in the working chamber exceeding 1.8T. It features stable operation, simple operation, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
