Among these, SO2 and NOX are measured using ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy technology, O2 is measured using electrochemical or zirconia measurement technology, CO and CO2 are measured using electrochemical measurement technology, temperature is measured using platinum resistance, pressure is measured using pressure sensor technology, flow is measured using the pitot tube principle, dust is measured using laser backscattering technology, and humidity is measured using the high-temperature capacitance method.
