Product Overview:

The ZPG automatic backwash discharge filter is a type of filter used for industrial cooling with low-quality water, and it can also be applied in other processes requiring filtration. It features a function for flushing and discharging impurities. Typically installed in front of heat exchangers and other actuators, it periodically flushes and removes impurities. Under normal conditions, the diverter valve is open, allowing water to flow through impurities on the filter tube wall, which are then discharged through the drain outlet. When the diverter valve is closed and the drain valve is open, water is forced to enter the outer side of the filter cylinder from the inlet end mesh holes. Most of the water flows out from the outlet, while a portion re-enters the inside of the filter cylinder from the outside through the impurity collection section mesh holes, performing a backwash on the filter cylinder. This achieves the effect of flushing impurities attached to the mesh from the outside of the filter cylinder, and the impurities are still discharged through the drain outlet.
