Product Application
This valve is suitable for steam or hot water as heating media, serving as an actuator for automatic temperature control. It can perform two-position automatic control and remote control on boiler steam pipelines for steam heaters, radiators, dryers, and other steam equipment, as well as complete sets of equipment such as temperature automatic controllers, steam setting machines, and steam dyeing machines. Widely used in automation systems in industries including dyeing and chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, food, medicine, cement products, petrochemical, and metallurgy.
Main Features
Heat Resistance: The electromagnetic part and sealing components use special high-temperature resistant electrical and sealing materials, with various insulation measures applied.
Wear Resistance: Reasonable material selection, with clever use of fluid lubrication between the valve cup and guide sleeve to reduce wear.
Condensation Resistance: Condensate in steam pipelines is a significant factor affecting the operation of steam solenoid valves; this valve is unaffected by condensate.
Structural Principle
This valve is a pilot-operated two-stage opening solenoid valve composed of two main components: the pilot valve and the main valve. It controls the opening and closing of the main valve via the pilot valve. Based on the switch state when power is off, it can be classified into normally closed solenoid valves and normally open solenoid valves. For the normally closed solenoid valve, when power is off, the pilot valve port is closed, and the main valve is in the off state. When an electrical signal is applied to the pilot valve coil, the movable iron core is attracted by electromagnetic force, opening the pilot valve port. The pressure in the main valve cup rapidly dissipates, and the medium pressure lifts the main valve cup, opening the main valve port to allow the working medium to flow. When the electrical signal disappears, the movable iron core resets, closing the pilot valve port. The working medium enters the valve cup through the balance hole, and when pressure tends to balance, the main valve spring, valve cup weight, and medium pressure cause the valve cup to move down, tightly sealing the main valve port, returning the valve to the closed state. For the normally open solenoid valve, when power is off, the pilot valve port is open due to spring action, and the main valve allows flow. When an electrical signal is applied to the pilot valve coil, the movable iron core is attracted by electromagnetic force, closing the pilot valve port. The working medium enters the valve cup through the balance hole, and when pressure tends to balance, the main valve spring, valve cup weight, and medium pressure cause the valve cup to move down, tightly sealing the valve port, closing the valve. When power to the main valve is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the pilot valve opens, the pressure in the main valve cup rapidly dissipates, and the medium pressure lifts the main valve cup, opening the main valve port to allow medium flow, returning the valve to the open state.
