Product Overview
The DBDVPD dynamic balancing constant flow valve produced by our company automatically adjusts its resistance coefficient according to changes in system conditions. Within a certain differential pressure range, it effectively controls the flow rate to remain constant. That is, when the differential pressure before and after the valve increases, the dynamic flow balancing valve automatically closes to maintain the flow rate from increasing. Conversely, when the differential pressure decreases, the valve automatically opens wider, still keeping the flow rate constant. When the differential pressure falls below or exceeds the valve's normal operating range, it cannot provide additional pressure head. At this point, even when the dynamic flow balancing valve is fully open or fully closed, the flow rate will be lower or higher than the set value and cannot be controlled. The dynamic flow balancing valve allows the valve core to adapt to changes in the water system's differential pressure, preventing the water flow from exceeding the originally set value and absorbing excess differential pressure, thereby achieving automatic balance of pressure and flow throughout the water system. In application, as the system pipeline pressure fluctuates, the balancing valve's internal mechanism automatically moves up and down to adjust the opening, ensuring the pipeline flow remains constant.

1. The dynamic flow balancing valve, also known as a fixed dynamic flow balancing valve, comes in flanged and wafer types. The valve body contains multiple valve cores that determine the flow rate, which is typically preset before leaving the factory, allowing the system flow to automatically stabilize at the required set value. When selecting a dynamic flow balancing valve, hydraulic calculations should first be performed to determine the flow rate and differential pressure range.

2. The dynamic flow balancing valve is cast from cast steel or ductile iron and can be divided into left and right valve body flanges fixed with bolts and nuts. A fixed plate and O-ring (nitrile rubber) (N220SH) are sandwiched between the flanges. The plate has multiple equally sized round holes to secure the valve core. The valve core is made of stainless steel (304-2B) or copper, with a surface plated with tin-nickel alloy. The valve core features self-cleaning and anti-clogging functions.

3. The dynamic flow balancing valve accurately controls pipeline flow within the working differential pressure range, ensuring the entire system remains balanced at all times. There is no need for complicated resistance calculations for the entire pipeline. Manual adjustment is not required, saving significant labor, and installation space is not limited. It also avoids destructive manual adjustments. It prevents equipment wear caused by excessive flow, improving equipment durability and reliability. The entire water system becomes simple and reliable, eliminating the need for installing return pipelines, saving initial investment, installation, and material costs.
