Product Overview

The BRL-C series ultrasonic heat meter is a new generation heat meter with independent intellectual property rights, developed based on the absorption and reference of advanced foreign technologies and research achievements, tailored to the specific usage conditions in China. Its design complies with the technical requirements of China's existing industry standards (GB/T32224/EN1434). The components include: flow sensor, temperature sensor, and integrator calculator. It can feature optical and M-bus, RS485 data remote transmission functions.

Working Principle

The BRL-C series ultrasonic (cooling) heat meter consists of a flow sensor, calculator, and paired temperature sensors. Its working principle is: install the paired temperature sensors on the pipes at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchange circuit, and install the flow sensor on the inlet or outlet pipe; the flow sensor collects water flow and sends flow signals, the paired temperature sensors provide temperature signals for the inlet and outlet, and the calculator (also known as the integrator) collects signals from the flow sensor and paired temperature sensors, calculates, and displays the energy value released by the heat-carrying liquid from the inlet to the outlet.
