The ET7200 series electric control valve is a combination of a 1000N force electric actuator and a regulating valve body with diameters ranging from DN20 to DN65. It is widely used in air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and building automation systems to precisely regulate the flow of media, thereby achieving control over temperature, humidity, pressure, and energy efficiency.
Product Features:
1. The actuator housing is made of die-cast aluminum (surface treated with sandblasting and painting), and the outer shell is made of ABS engineering plastic, resulting in a compact size and lightweight design.
2. The actuator uses a reversible synchronous motor with overload limit switch protection. It includes a limit switch, and the actuator motor stops automatically.
3. Operating voltage: AC24V±10% 50/60Hz (customizable to AC220V).
4. Control signal: On/Off / Floating point signal / On/Off with passive signal feedback.
Analog: 0-10V/4-20mA feedback output, optional voltage 0-10V or current signal 4-20mA DC.

Installation Notes
Clean the pipeline before installing the control valve. Install a filter screen on the inlet side of the valve.
Allow sufficient space during installation for maintenance purposes.
The flow direction of the medium inside the valve body should match the arrow direction on the valve.
If the installation position is not specified in the design drawings, the control valve is generally installed on the return water pipe.
Vertical installation is preferred. In special cases, it can be installed at an angle or horizontally, but support and fixation are required if the volume, weight, or vibration is excessive.
The valve flange and pipeline connection should be concentric to avoid shear forces, and the connecting bolts should be tightened naturally.
