Product Overview

The BV405F series electric regulating ball valve consists of a BV series electric actuator and a brass body regulating ball valve. It is mainly used in central air conditioning chilled/hot water and heating systems to precisely control the flow of cold and hot media according to actual needs, avoiding drastic temperature changes and achieving real-time accurate room temperature control. This regulating ball valve features adjustable flow ratio, high reliability, long service life, PTFE graphite-enhanced valve body seal ring, and dual EPDM valve stem seal rings. It has a built-in integrated flow rectifier disc, is resistant to reverse pressure difference, and offers an equal percentage flow characteristic. It provides high shut-off force of 1.4 MPa, rated working pressure PN16, and maximum working pressure difference of 0.35 MPa. The actuator includes manual operation capability. Operating temperature ranges from -5 to 121°C, suitable for water, steam, or 50% ethylene glycol water.
