Product Overview
The EB3026 Electric Butterfly Valve, as a component used to achieve on/off control and flow regulation in pipeline systems, has been widely applied in many fields such as HVAC, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and hydropower. In known butterfly valve technologies, the sealing form mostly adopts a sealing structure with materials like rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene. Due to structural limitations, it is not suitable for industries requiring high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. A relatively advanced butterfly valve is the triple eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve, where the valve body and valve seat are integrated components, and the sealing surface layer of the valve seat is overlaid with temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft stacked sealing ring is fixed on the disc. Compared with traditional butterfly valves, this valve offers advantages such as high temperature resistance, easy operation, friction-free opening and closing, and compensation for sealing through increased torque of the transmission mechanism during closing, thereby improving sealing performance and extending service life.

1. The valve adopts a double eccentric structure, providing a sealing function that tightens as it closes, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
2. The sealing pair materials are made of stainless steel and oil-resistant rubber, offering a long service life.
3. The rubber sealing ring can be located either on the valve body or on the disc, making it suitable for media with different characteristics, providing options for users.
4. The disc adopts a frame structure, offering high strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.
5. The entire valve is painted with baked enamel, effectively preventing rust. By simply replacing the sealing material of the valve seat, it can be used for different media.
6. The valve features bidirectional sealing functionality. During installation, it is not constrained by the flow direction of the medium or spatial position, allowing installation in any direction.
7. The valve has a unique structure, offering flexible, labor-saving, and convenient operation.
