Product Overview
The HC800 series differential pressure balancing (bypass) valve is a valve used between the supply and return water of air conditioning systems to balance the pressure difference. This valve improves system utilization, maintains a precise and constant pressure difference, minimizes system noise, and prevents damage to equipment caused by excessive pressure differences. The differential pressure balancing (bypass) valve is superior to other balancing valves because it has no actuator and relies entirely on the medium's own pressure difference to achieve system balancing, saving energy and installation space. It is an intelligent valve.

Typical Installation Diagram
1.Pre-installation inspection: After unloading at the destination, first check and confirm according to the instructions, ensuring correct piping, reliable connections, no damage to the valve during transportation, and completeness of all parts.
2.Before installation, clean impurities in the pipeline and ensure that the corresponding flange matches the valve's flange in pressure rating and nominal diameter to maintain smooth flow.
3.Install two gate valves before and after the differential pressure balancing (bypass) valve for testing and maintenance purposes.
The sensing pressure pipeline of the differential pressure pilot valve should be directly connected to the supply and return water pipelines to accurately reflect the pressure difference between supply and return. For installation convenience, a ball valve can be installed on the sensing pipeline.

Usage Instructions
1. Before use, check if all gate valves, ball valves, and needle valves are fully open.
2. Observe the pressure between supply and return water, and adjust the differential pressure pilot valve based on the pressure difference. Unscrew the top cap of the pilot valve, and use an adjustable wrench to rotate the top rod. When viewed from above, clockwise rotation increases the pressure difference, while counterclockwise rotation decreases it. Rotate according to the required pressure difference. When the pressure difference meets the requirement, screw the top cap back on. The pressure difference will then remain at the set value regardless of changes in pipeline pressure.
3. The main valve's operating speed can be adjusted using the needle valve. Clockwise rotation slows the action, while counterclockwise rotation speeds it up. Under normal circumstances, the needle valve is pre-set and does not require adjustment.
