Product Overview
The integrated electric flow control valve is a high-tech IoT product that combines big data integration technology, computer software technology, intelligent control technology, and mechanical manufacturing technology. It improves the operational quality and management level of the system while ensuring energy-efficient operation.

Working Principle
1. The valve is equipped with pressure sensors, temperature sensors, a controller, and an electric actuator. The desired control targets (flow rate, temperature difference, pressure difference, energy) for the end unit are input into the controller. Based on real-time system conditions and the required targets, the controller collects and calculates data, instantly determining the real-time opening degree of the valve. It then issues commands to adjust the opening, ensuring precise control of the real-time targets required by the end unit under varying pressure conditions.
2. During winter and summer, the end unit requires two different sets of operating flow values. This valve allows on-site input of flow values for both conditions, automatically switching control based on seasonal water temperature changes. This ensures stable control for both winter and summer operating conditions, guaranteeing optimal air conditioning performance.
