Function and Application

The BSSVP static balancing valve is suitable for air conditioning, heating, and process water systems to achieve static hydraulic balance. It also enables system fault diagnosis through the measurement function of the static balancing valve.

Working Principle

The BSSVP static balancing valve is installed at various locations in the water system. By manually adjusting the valve opening, it changes the resistance distribution of the pipeline network, regulates the static hydraulic balance between branches or terminals of the circulating water system, and ensures that different branches or terminals achieve the designed flow rate.

Installation and Usage Instructions

The static balancing valve is generally installed on the return pipe of the system. When used in conjunction with a dynamic differential pressure balancing valve, it is installed on the supply pipe. Typically, when connecting the static balancing valve to an elbow or a water pump, a certain straight pipe installation distance must be maintained. When connecting to an elbow, follow the principle of 5d before the valve and 2d after the valve. When connecting to a water pump, follow the 10d principle.
