The double eccentric semi-ball valve utilizes the principle of eccentric wedging, achieving sealing, regulation, and closure through its transmission mechanism. It employs an eccentric valve body, eccentric ball, and seat. When the valve stem rotates, it automatically centers along a common trajectory, tightening progressively during closure to achieve excellent sealing. The ball and seat of the semi-ball valve completely separate, eliminating wear on the sealing ring and overcoming the issue of constant wear between the traditional ball and seat sealing surfaces. Non-metallic elastic materials are embedded into the metal seat, providing good protection for the metal surface of the seat. The double eccentric semi-ball valve offers a reliable control solution for processes in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, gas, metallurgy, and power, where sedimentation, scaling, or crystallization often impede flow.

1. When open, the ball retracts into the valve cavity, providing a large flow area without冲刷 or obstruction.
