The dynamic balance electric regulating valve produced by Xingmailong Valve Group is an integrated product of dynamic balance and electric regulation. It comprehensively balances the hydraulic system, regulates the temperature of the target area by adjusting the flow rate of terminal equipment (such as air handling units) through the dynamic balance electric regulating valve. It causes changes in the dynamic balance system pressure, ensuring that flow regulation between two or more terminal devices does not interfere with each other. Therefore, this system is highly energy-efficient and is mainly suitable for temperature control of terminal air conditioning equipment in HVAC systems (such as air handling units, fresh air units, and air handlers). By configuring intelligent module control devices, it can conveniently automate the control of flow and temperature in each circuit, achieving rational energy utilization, energy savings, consumption reduction, and intelligent management. The application of this valve ensures that terminal equipment is only affected by standard control signals and not by system pressure fluctuations, making system regulation more stable and energy-efficient. It is particularly suitable for variable flow systems with significant load fluctuations.
In variable flow systems with significant load fluctuations, when the system pressure changes, the pressure difference (P1-P3) across the dynamic balance electric regulating valve also changes;
(1) When the inlet pressure P1 increases, (P1-P2) increases. At this time, the electric valve spool moves upward, reducing the opening of P1 and P2, and the spool pressure P2 decreases. When the inlet pressure P1 decreases, (P1-P2) decreases. At this time, the electric valve spool moves downward, increasing the opening of P1 and P2, and the spool pressure P2 increases. Therefore, regardless of how the system pressure changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 remains constant due to the regulating action of the electric valve spool. As a result, this valve has strong anti-interference capability and dynamic balancing functionality;
(2) When the linear electric actuator receives a control signal to move the valve shaft up and down along the A-B direction (or the rotary electric actuator receives a control signal to rotate the valve shaft along the R direction), the opening between P2 and P3 also changes. Since the pressure difference between P2 and P3 (P2-P3) remains constant regardless of changes in the system pressure difference (P1-P3), the water flow rate delivered corresponds to any opening position is fixed. Moreover, the actual flow characteristic curve of the electric regulating valve matches its ideal flow characteristic curve without deviation. Therefore, this electric regulating valve has better regulating characteristics compared to traditional electric regulating valves.
