Function and Application
Dynamic balancing two-way valves are used in fan coil unit chilled/hot water pipelines or heating system pipelines to control indoor temperature by opening or closing the pipeline. During system operation, they prevent dynamic hydraulic interference, maintain constant flow in the pipeline network, and enable more precise temperature control.
Working Principle
In cooling and heating systems, fan coil units are typically controlled by electric two-way valves. When some fan coil units shut down, the flow in other operating units increases, causing room temperature fluctuations. DBEDRV is an integrated product combining a dynamic flow balancing valve and an electric two-way valve, controlled by an electric thermostat DBEDRV. When the valve opens, the constant flow function of the dynamic balancing valve maintains a consistent flow through the equipment, unaffected by system pressure fluctuations, ensuring higher control accuracy. In cooling or heating systems, when the room temperature reaches the set value on the room thermostat, the thermostat sends a signal to the electric actuator to close the valve. When the room temperature is above or below the set temperature, the room thermostat sends a signal to the electric actuator to open the valve. Through valve closing and opening, the room temperature is maintained within the range set by the room thermostat. The built-in valve core automatically maintains constant flow.
