Product Overview
The BSVP series static balancing valve is a new energy-saving valve with special functions. Equipped with an opening digital display and a digital locking device, it can be intuitively adjusted to any position and includes a pressure measurement port for flow rate determination.
This valve is mainly used in industrial and civil building heating pipeline systems. It features excellent flow characteristics, allowing precise adjustment of pressure drop and flow rate, rational distribution of flow, and quantitative flow control. It effectively addresses the issue of uneven room temperatures in heating (or air conditioning) systems. By installing appropriately sized digital locking balancing valves at branch circuits and user connections, and performing a one-time commissioning with a dedicated intelligent instrument before locking, the total system flow can be controlled within a reasonable range, thereby overcoming the irrational phenomenon of high flow and small temperature differences. The application of this valve achieves good results in balancing pipeline fluids and saving energy, making it an ideal product for heating systems.

The static balancing valves produced by Xingmailong Valve Group are equal percentage characteristic valves. From the characteristic curve, it can be seen that an equal change rate in the opening results in an equal change rate in flow. The characteristic is that a large opening corresponds to a large flow, and a small opening corresponds to a small flow. In engineering, most applications require large flows, and the equal percentage valve is precisely suitable for this requirement. Based on this characteristic, a specific flow can be freely set (linear quick-opening valves do not have this function), and when changes are needed, the change amount can be known to achieve the ideal state.

Installation Instructions
1. Sufficient straight pipe sections must be ensured before and after the static balancing valve to guarantee rated flow output.
2. Check the installation position of the static balancing valve according to the drawings. It is recommended to install it on the return pipe of the HVAC system. Also, check the water flow direction of the pipeline and strictly follow the flow direction arrow on the valve body during installation.
3. Before installation, clean the pipeline of any debris. Strictly avoid leaving welding slag, branches, stones, or other debris inside the pipeline to prevent damage to the valve.
4. When welding pipeline flanges, avoid excessive deformation. Weld beads should not affect the flatness of the sealing surface.
5. After installation, fully open the valve to allow repeated flushing of the pipeline until it is clean. Strictly avoid repeatedly closing the valve during pipeline flushing to prevent damage.
Structure and Usage Method
The structure features an oblique design with concealed lifting. It consists of a valve body, valve cover, valve plug, handwheel, digital display, locking device, and test port. It has a novel structure, flexible operation, and good sealing. The usage method is as follows:
The digital display window is located above the handwheel. The number on the dial aligned with the digital display window indicates the decimal part per revolution (the circular disk above the handwheel is the dial). There are two digital display windows side by side. The upper window shows the number of open revolutions. For example, for a DN50 valve, when the lower digital display shows 1 and aligns with the number 0 on the dial, it can be read as 2 revolutions. When the number 0 on the dial aligns with the 0 in the digital display window, the valve is fully closed.
To lock the valve, insert the (dedicated) key into the side bolt of the locking device and tighten it clockwise to lock. Rotate counterclockwise to unlock.
The small valves at the inlet and outlet ends of the valve are used for connecting test instruments.
