Product Introduction
The ZQDF brass solenoid valve is an actuator used in industrial process automation control systems. Upon receiving an electrical control signal, it can automatically open or close the valve to control the flow or regulation of fluid media in pipelines, thereby automatically adjusting or remotely controlling parameters such as temperature, flow, and pressure within the system. The ZQDF (Y) series brass solenoid valve products can be widely used in production and research departments such as textiles, printing, chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, food, building materials, machinery, and surface treatment of electrical appliances, as well as in daily life facilities like bathrooms, canteens, and air conditioning systems. The ZQDF is mainly used for controlling gas media such as air, steam, and gas; the ZQDF-Y series solenoid valve is primarily used for liquid media such as tap water, distilled water, frozen brine, and electroplating waste liquid, as well as for oils with a viscosity less than 4°E.
Working Principle of Brass Solenoid Valve
The brass solenoid valve contains a sealed chamber with openings at different positions, each leading to a different oil pipe. In the middle of the chamber is the valve, with electromagnets on both sides. When the coil of the electromagnet on one side is energized, the valve body is attracted to that side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil discharge holes are blocked or opened. The oil inlet hole is always open, allowing hydraulic oil to enter different discharge pipes. The oil pressure then drives the piston of the oil cylinder, which in turn drives the piston rod, and the piston rod moves the mechanical device. In this way, mechanical movement is controlled by regulating the current to the electromagnets.
