1、Utilizes an integral jacket structure design for more uniform insulation and cold retention. Insulated ball valves are larger and heavier than standard ball valves, with no external leakage and excellent sealing performance. The jacket, made of carbon steel or 304 stainless steel pipe welded construction, is more pressure-resistant and durable than cast ones. The jacket and valve body exterior are welded to jacket connections, allowing a maximum pressure of 1MPa for steam, hot oil, or cold (hot) water.

2、Insulated ball valves offer good insulation and cold retention properties. Except for reduced bore insulated ball valves, the valve's diameter matches the pipeline diameter, allowing media to flow straight with low resistance, effectively reducing heat loss in the pipeline. Thus, they provide stable insulation and cold retention for media that easily solidifies or has high viscosity.
