Large diameter welded turbine ball valves are used for heating, long-distance pipelines, water supply pipelines, etc.

Large diameter welded turbine ball valves utilize new process technology and innovative structural design, adopting an integrated welding connection method. They have been successfully developed for use in crude oil pipeline projects and HVAC pipeline projects as fully welded corrosion-resistant specialized ball valves. They can operate with a long service life under conditions of frequent operation, presence of impurities, and chemical substances. The finely polished stainless steel ball ensures smooth opening and closing for many years and reliable operation. The valve adopts a floating ball structure, with an inclined elastic mechanism ensuring the sealing ring is tightly pressed against the ball, providing a tight seal even under unstable pressure conditions. The anti-leakage structure of the valve stem uses two "O" rings, allowing the valve stem to rotate freely while maintaining a tight seal.

Performance of Large Diameter Welded Turbine Ball Valves:

1) No maintenance, adjustment, or lubrication required; easy to install, ensuring long-term reliable operation with low operating costs. The surface is treated with spray coating technology, providing a glossy and aesthetically pleasing appearance, meeting domestic standards. There is no external leakage. The valve body is of welded construction, making the valve lightweight and easy to insulate. The installation adjustment mechanism is very simple, and the operating handle can be removed for reverse installation.

2) The valve seat is composed of carbon fiber-reinforced Teflon sealing rings and disc springs, providing strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature. No leakage occurs within the specified pressure and temperature ranges.

3) The ball processing is tracked and inspected by a new computer detection instrument, ensuring high precision in ball machining.

4) Since the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there is no stress imbalance, and deformation due to earthquakes or ground vehicle traffic is prevented. The pipeline is resistant to aging.

5) Fully welded integrated structure, equal and reduced diameter channels, fixed and floating ball designs, dual piston effect sealing system, and automatic sealant-injected bearings.

6) To prevent static electricity, steel balls and springs are installed between the valve stem and the ball, and between the valve stem and the stuffing box, ensuring conductivity between all valve parts and the valve body. This allows current to pass through and release static electricity, preventing fires and corrosion, enabling temporary shutoff for timely maintenance.

7) The anti-blowout function of the valve stem is designed to prevent the stem from being pushed out due to internal pressure, ensuring the stem remains securely in place.

8) Thrust washers made of low-friction materials support the pressure directed toward the valve stem, allowing the stem to solely transmit torque.
