Low Temperature Three-Way Stop Valve

The main body and accessories of the low-temperature three-way globe valve are made of forged parts and undergo solid solution treatment, successfully addressing issues such as material contraction in large-diameter valves under low temperatures and poor high-pressure sealing of packing. Impregnated asbestos with polytetrafluoroethylene is used as the packing, and flexible graphite serves as the sealing material. This material is impermeable to both gases and liquids, exhibits 10%-15% elasticity in the thickness direction, and achieves sealing with low tightening pressure. It also possesses self-lubricating properties, which helps prevent wear between the packing and the valve stem. The flexible graphite packing has a temperature range of +480°C to -210°C. It is suitable for low-temperature applications involving methane, liquefied natural gas, ethylene, carbon dioxide, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, and more.
