Product Features:
1. The equipment can be used for experimental purposes such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis.
2. The equipment features a compact structure, is easy to use, simple to operate, and convenient to disassemble and assemble.
3. The equipment is equipped with a dual-pump system: a low-pressure pump for feeding and a high-pressure pump for pressurization. This also serves as a backup system; if one pump fails, the other can be used temporarily without affecting the experiment.
4. The equipment includes a feeding system, pretreatment system, pressure regulation system, flow regulation system, electric field adjustment system, and an intelligent temperature control system.
5. The membrane cell design not only considers the technical aspects of electrically assisted nanofiltration but also ensures easy disassembly and installation.
6. The three membrane cells are designed in parallel, allowing any one, two, or all three cells to be used via switch control.
7. The booster pump is an imported pump made of 316L stainless steel. All pipelines, instruments, valves, and fittings in contact with the feed liquid are made of stainless steel 316 or 316L. The entire system can withstand pressures up to 40 bar.
8. The three membrane cells are independently connected to three power supplies.
