Construction operation requirements for hot melt marking:

1. The road surface should be clean and dry, free from loose particles, dust, asphalt residue, oil stains, or other harmful materials.

2. The marking position, width, and length should be determined based on the specific dimensions of the highway cross-section and the requirements of the design documents. Use lime elastic tools to pre-mark the actual baseline position of the road markings on the pavement.

3. Before formal construction, conduct a trial marking to check whether the travel speed of the marking machine, line width, marking thickness, and the amount of reflective glass beads spread meet the requirements. Begin formal construction after passing the debugging test.

4. During construction, drainage holes should be provided as required by the design documents. Raised pavement markers at no-overtaking zones should be left unobstructed.

5. Any defects found during construction should be promptly repaired.

6. The construction of preformed marking tapes and anti-skid colored pavement markings should comply with the product instruction manual.
