The AE 3000 series rotary incubator is specifically designed for experiments with high requirements for sample and reagent mixing or cultivation. It can simultaneously mix and shake various test tubes and centrifuge tubes, with capacities ranging from 1.5ml to 50ml. It can also mix and shake bag-like and membrane-like materials and can be used in low-temperature chambers or incubators. Equipped with a splash-proof platform and a variety of tray clamps for selection, it is suitable for sample tubes of different specifications. It can be used to handle suspended organisms or samples requiring gas exchange, with precise control and excellent experimental reproducibility. It is applicable for tissue culture, extraction, sedimentation rate determination of samples, such as blood sample mixing, radioimmunoassay, glucose, proteins, DNA, cells, urine, enzymes, etc., and has wide applications in chemical analysis, biochemistry, biology, cells, immunology, environmental protection, clinical experiments, and more. Its main feature is the ability to mix gently, ensuring thorough mixing of samples and reagents while preventing damage to cell tissues during the mixing process to avoid cell rupture. It enables uniform, long-term continuous mixing and cultivation. The AE3000B model features digital display and setting of time and speed, an added function for adjusting the disc tilt angle (with scale indication), a display screen showing the countdown timer, an audible alert when the timer ends, and can also be set for continuous operation without timing.
