Other Products
Electric actuators provide a brand-new solution for linear motion under heavy loads. Key features include very low noise, strong impact resistance, long service life, and suitability for various working conditions, including long-term operation in complex and harsh environments. Multiple actuators can be synchronized for lifting and lowering. Main components include: motor, worm gear, and lead screw. Optional accessories for electric actuators: limit switches, potentiometers, mounting brackets, etc. Electric actuators are available in two types: standard T-shaped tooth and ball screw. The standard T-shaped tooth type is suitable for applications with relatively low operating frequency, such as around 10 cycles per hour. T-shaped tooth electric actuators can achieve self-locking to ensure application reliability.

Main Applications
Electric actuators are versatile auxiliary drive devices widely used in industries such as power, machinery, metallurgy, transportation, mining, petroleum, chemical, lifting, transportation, construction, and grain feed processing. They offer high performance, sensitive operation, smooth running, equal push and pull force, and excellent environmental adaptability.
Main Structure
Electric actuators consist of drive motor, reduction gears, screw, nut, guide sleeve, push rod, slide seat, spring, housing, turbine, micro-control switches, and other components.
Electric actuators are a new type of electric execution mechanism, mainly composed of motor, push rod, and control device. They enable remote control and centralized control. Electric actuators perform reciprocating motion within a certain stroke range. Standard strokes are generally 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400mm, with custom strokes available based on specific application requirements. Electric actuators can be designed for different thrusts depending on the load. Maximum thrust can reach 6000N, with no-load speed ranging from 4mm to 35mm/s. Powered by 24V/12V DC permanent magnet motors, they convert rotary motion into linear reciprocating motion to drive linkage mechanisms for switching dampers, valves, gates, baffles, etc. Using electric actuators as execution mechanisms not only reduces the need for air source devices and auxiliary equipment required by pneumatic actuators but also decreases the weight of the execution mechanism. Pneumatic actuators require constant air pressure throughout the control process. Although low-consumption amplifiers can be used, air consumption accumulates over time. Electric actuators only require power when changing the control opening; once the desired opening is reached, no further power is needed. Therefore, electric actuators offer significant energy-saving advantages over pneumatic actuators. They are suitable for remote operation and widely used in power, chemical, metallurgy, mining, light industry, transportation, shipbuilding, and other sectors for opening and closing dampers, valves, gates, material handling, flow control, etc. They are increasingly being used to replace mechanical arms, hydraulic valves, and deceleration transmission mechanisms in automated systems.
