The SNL bevel gear screw jack, compared to the worm gear screw jack, is characterized by high efficiency, easy adjustment of the reduction ratio, and features such as convenient installation and use, compact size, light weight, wide range of power sources, no noise, multiple functions, and high reliability. This series of products has a self-locking function and can accurately control and adjust the lifting or pushing height according to the program. With diverse structural forms, the lifting height can be manufactured according to user requirements.

This jack synchronizes the lifting of the base plate through angular rotation, using four-point, six-point, and twelve-point motion linkages to reduce the height of the base plate and minimize motion errors. Additionally, planar lifting can directly and quickly achieve efficiency, save space, increase production, and ensure higher quality stability.

The screw jack, also known as a screw transmission mechanism, is primarily used to convert rotational motion into linear motion or vice versa. Some are designed mainly for transmitting energy (such as screw presses and jacks), while others are for transmitting motion (such as the feed screw of a machine tool table). There are also screw transmission mechanisms for adjusting the relative positions of components. Screw jacks can be classified into sliding friction mechanisms and rolling friction mechanisms. The sliding screw nut mechanism is simple in structure, easy to process, and low in manufacturing cost, with a self-locking function, but it has high friction resistance and low transmission efficiency (30%–40%). Although the ball screw nut mechanism is complex in structure, high in manufacturing cost, and lacks self-locking, its advantages include low friction resistance, high transmission efficiency (92%–98%), high precision, good system rigidity, reversible motion, and long service life, making it widely used in mechatronic systems. Screw Jack Mechanism  1. Working Principle: Balls  2 are placed between the threaded raceways of the screw  4 and the nut  1. When the screw or nut rotates, the balls  2 roll along the threaded raceway, generating rolling friction during relative motion between the screw and the nut. To prevent the balls from rolling out of the raceway, return guides  3 are installed at both ends of the nut's spiral groove, forming a circulation loop with the threaded raceway to allow the balls to circulate within the nut's raceway. Based on the combination of relative motion between the screw and the nut, the basic transmission forms of screw jacks can be categorized into four types.  (1) Nut fixed, screw rotating and moving: In this transmission form, the nut itself acts as a support, eliminating potential additional axial play of the screw bearing. The structure is relatively simple, allowing for higher transmission accuracy. However, the axial dimension should not be too long, as it may result in poor rigidity. Therefore, it is only suitable for applications with small strokes. (2) Screw rotating, nut moving: This transmission form requires restricting the rotation of the nut, necessitating a guiding device. Its characteristics include a compact structure and good rigidity of the screw. It is suitable for applications with larger working strokes.
