JWM Screw Lift

The JWM worm gear screw lift offers numerous functions such as lifting, lowering, and with auxiliary components, pushing, flipping, and various height adjustments.

The JWM worm gear screw lift is a fundamental lifting component, featuring a compact structure, small size, light weight, wide range of power sources, no noise, easy installation, flexible use, multiple functions, various matching forms, high reliability, and long service life. It can be used individually or in combination, accurately controlling and adjusting the lifting or pushing height according to a specific program. It can be directly driven by an electric motor or other power sources, or operated manually. It comes in different structural and assembly forms, and the lifting height can be customized according to user requirements.

1.1 JWM Type (Trapezoidal Screw Type)

Low Speed, Low Frequency

The JWM type (trapezoidal screw type) is suitable for low-speed and low-frequency applications. Its main components are a precision trapezoidal screw pair and a high-precision worm gear pair.

1.1.1 Economical:

Compact structure, simple operation, and easy maintenance.

1.1.2 Low Speed, Low Frequency:

Primarily used for heavy loads, low speeds, and applications that do not require frequent operation.

1.1.3 Load Holding:

The trapezoidal screw has an automatic locking function, allowing it to hold loads even without a braking device. Under significant vibration or impact loads, the self-locking function may occasionally fail, in which case an external braking device must be added.

1.2 JWB Type (Standard Ball Screw Type)

High Speed, High Frequency

The JWB type (standard ball screw type) is suitable for high-speed, high-frequency, and high-performance applications. Its main components are a precision ball screw pair and a high-precision worm gear pair.

1.2.1 High Efficiency:

Utilizes rolling friction to improve overall efficiency. Only a small driving force is required to generate significant thrust.

1.2.2 High Speed:

Compared to trapezoidal screws, the speed is significantly increased, enabling smooth and high-speed operation.

1.2.3 Long Service Life:

The use of high-quality ball screws extends the working life by more than three times. Note: It does not have a self-locking function and requires an external braking device or a drive source with braking capability.

Technical Parameters:

Anti-Rotation Structure (UM, DM)

UM: Push Up DM: Pull Down

Suitable for applications where the top end is not connected during operation or where anti-rotation cannot be achieved due to pulleys or rope winding. Select the appropriate lift (UM or DM) based on the load direction and installation orientation.

Moving Nut Structure (UR, DR)

Generally, the lift must have the stroke generated by the screw shaft's movement and the space required for the screw cover. When a longer stroke is needed in a limited space, this moving nut structure is highly suitable (the screw shaft rotates, and the moving nut moves). The top end of the screw shaft is cylindrical, so for long strokes, supporting the shaft end can achieve excellent transmission performance.

UR: Push Up DR: Pull Down

Select the appropriate lift (push up or pull down) based on the load direction and installation orientation. Note: When selecting the model and indicating the model type, the orientation of the nut must also be specified.
