1. Anti-counterfeiting:
The anti-counterfeiting techniques used in scratch cards mainly include: digital verification anti-counterfeiting, fluorescent anti-counterfeiting, interlayer anti-counterfeiting, background pattern anti-counterfeiting, and defect anti-counterfeiting. Sometimes, multiple anti-counterfeiting features are applied to a single scratch card, often combining two or more techniques. For example, the scratch cards we produced for Coca-Cola used both fluorescent and digital anti-counterfeiting, with at least seven anti-counterfeiting features on each card.
Material: Generally, coated paper is used, but other materials can be chosen based on customer requirements.
2. Specifications and Thickness
The specifications and thickness of scratch cards for liquor promotions typically include: scratch-off types—157g, 200g, 250g coated paper; tear-off types—250g, 300g gray-backed whiteboard paper with double-layer lamination. Customers can also customize other sizes, as the designs are flexible.
3. Dimensions
85*54mm with rounded corners. Since scratch cards need to fit inside liquor boxes to save space, their dimensions are generally not too large. Of course, custom shapes and sizes can be produced based on customer requirements.
4. Production Cost
The cost is primarily determined by the material, size, and total quantity of the scratch cards. Therefore, the specific price depends on the material, dimensions, and quantity required. However, one thing is certain: the larger the quantity, the lower the unit cost.
