Ammonia Decomposition Furnace Liner: The inner liner of the ammonia decomposition hydrogen production furnace is made of high-quality heat-resistant stainless steel 2520, with TIG welding. The U-shaped tubular vertical decomposition furnace liner allows the liquid ammonia to enter with a slowed and uniform flow rate, ensuring full utilization of the nickel catalyst loaded inside the furnace liner without dead corners. This material offers characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life. 1. The integrated cracking furnace tube with a plum blossom-shaped columnar structure ensures uniform airflow and consistent lifespan across all parts of the furnace liner. Combined with the external heating wire structure, it maximizes thermal efficiency. 2. The furnace temperature control adopts zero-crossing triggered silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) control, ensuring a constant furnace temperature. This allows ammonia gas to decompose more effectively at a stable temperature. 3. The core insulation material, aluminum silicate fiber, is formed using the advanced vacuum suction filtration method from Luonai Institute and undergoes surface reinforcement more than five times. This controls the temperature rise of the furnace wall to ≤40°C, giving the insulation material a lightweight yet high-strength structure. The unique structure ensures that the material's thermal conductivity is 15% lower than similar products. 4. The furnace liner is made of heat-resistant steel with a plum blossom-shaped columnar structure, ensuring complete decomposition of ammonia gas and a long service life in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments. 5. The furnace tube material is high-temperature heat-resistant steel Cr25Ni20. The heating element is made of nickel-chromium alloy Cr20Ni80, which offers excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures, with the surface load of the heating element kept within a reasonable range. 2) Catalyst: The Z204 high-temperature sintered nickel catalyst from Southwest Chemical Research Institute is used, which provides excellent decomposition efficiency for liquid ammonia. It features high decomposition activity, resistance to pulverization, and minimal aging of the catalyst.
