When there is an intermediate tank or liquid ammonia storage tank, pay attention to observe the liquid level pressure. The pressure should be 0.3 to 0.8Mpa. If the liquid level is less than 15% of the full scale, timely measures should be taken (whether liquid ammonia can be supplied in time). When it is higher than 75%, pay attention to cut off the liquid ammonia supply (ammonia bottles, tank trucks, etc.). 5. When using ammonia bottles for supply, pay attention to whether the liquid ammonia is used up. If it is used up, it should be replaced in time. 6. Whether each pressure gauge displays normally. 7. Whether the dryer switches normally and whether the switching is correct. 8. Whether there are any abnormalities in the liquid level of the ammonia tank or intermediate tank and its surroundings or itself. 9. Whether the ammonia decomposition pressure reducing valve is sensitive and whether it is invalid. Second, annual inspection content: Ammonia decomposition maintenance 1. Calibration and testing of various pressure gauges. If the case is damaged or abnormal, replace it in time. 2. If the system pressure drop is too large or the dryer has been used for two or three years and there is excessive moisture or excessive residual ammonia, the 5A molecular sieve needs to be replaced. 3. When other flow meters, valves, electrical components, etc. are abnormal or have surface defects, they should be replaced in time. Due to the danger of ammonia tanks or intermediate tanks, pressure testing, leak detection, and flaw detection should be carried out again after several years. 4. When ammonia tanks or intermediate tanks are used for too long, due to impurities in the ammonia, dirt will settle at the bottom of the ammonia tank or intermediate tank. Check and discharge at least once a year. 5. Inspection of the ammonia decomposition furnace liner to see if there is cracking, deformation, or severe peeling. 6. If the effect of ammonia decomposition nickel catalyst in decomposing ammonia gas is defective or the decomposed gas has an ammonia smell, it is generally replaced every 2-3 years.
