Introduction to Online Trace Oxygen Analyzer CI-PC96:
The CI-PC96 trace oxygen analyzer is a microprocessor-based intelligent analyzer. It uses a fuel cell-type oxygen sensor capable of measuring oxygen concentrations from 0 to 25%, with optimal performance in environments with oxygen concentrations ranging from 0 to 1000 ppm.

· 128×64 LCD display showing oxygen concentration, operating status, time, date, and various settings;
· New structure test chamber for easy on-site sensor replacement;
· Unique built-in protective gas path automatically cuts off the gas path during shutdown or power failure, effectively protecting the sensor and avoiding reduced lifespan due to prolonged exposure to air;
· Over-range protection function: Automatically cuts off the gas path when oxygen concentration exceeds the protection value, preventing sensor performance and lifespan degradation due to prolonged exposure to high oxygen concentrations;
· Pressure protection function: Automatically cuts off the gas path when the test chamber pressure exceeds the set range, preventing sensor damage due to excessive or insufficient pressure;
· Pressure compensation function: Compensates oxygen concentration values based on test chamber pressure, eliminating the impact of pressure on sensor accuracy for more precise and higher-accuracy testing;
· Temperature compensation function: Automatic temperature compensation to eliminate the effects of ambient temperature;
· Automatic calibration function: CI-PC96 features advanced automatic calibration, completing calibration automatically when connected to external calibration equipment;
· Alarm function: Issues an alarm and outputs an alarm switch signal when oxygen concentration deviates from the set value; alarm value can be set arbitrarily within the full range;
· RS485/RS232 bidirectional communication function: Direct communication with computers or other digital communication devices;
· Analog output: Isolated current/voltage signal output, configurable via menu to 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-1V, 0-5V, 0-10V, or 1-5V modes.
