Ensure normal supply and operation of the machine's required power, air source, and temperature conditions; especially stabilize the power supply voltage to reduce damage to controllers and solenoid valves caused by power issues. 2. Three: Fault phenomenon: Nitrogen generator not working. Cause: 1. Power indicator light not on. 2. Power plug or socket has no electricity. Treatment: 1. Check if the fuse is normal (the fuse location is at the lower end of the power cord and nitrogen generator socket). Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry out the fuse. There are two fuses, one in use and one spare; replace if necessary. 2. Check if the plug or socket has electricity. Four: Fault phenomenon: Pressure rises slowly. Cause: 1. Insufficient air intake. 2. Severe interface leakage. 3. Check valve leaking or blocked. Treatment: 1. Increase air intake flow. 2. Remove and reconnect. 3. Check and clean the check valve. Five: Fault phenomenon: Pressure of one tower remains at zero. Cause: 1. Computer controller not working. 2. Valve not working, possibly due to burnt solenoid coil or stuck valve core. 3. Pressure gauge might be faulty. Treatment: 1. Check and debug. 2. Gently tap with a metal object to check if the tightening screw at one end of the solenoid valve has magnetic attraction. If the coil is proven to be faulty, the valve core might be dead. Turn off the power, open the valve group, take out the valve group, gently wipe the valve core and the dust in the valve center with a clean soft cloth, then reassemble. If the coil is burnt, replace the coil. 3. Check and replace the pressure gauge.
