Principle: The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generation unit uses clean compressed air as the raw material and carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent, operating on the principle of pressure swing adsorption to produce nitrogen at room temperature. Based on the differences in the adsorption capacity of oxygen and nitrogen on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve and their varying diffusion rates within the sieve, the programmable logic controller (PLC) controls the opening and closing of the programmed valves to achieve the processes of pressurization adsorption and depressurization desorption, thereby separating oxygen and nitrogen to obtain nitrogen of the desired purity.
