1. Crushing - Crushing malt, crusher.
2. Mashing - Mashing kettle, lauter tun, settling tank, mixer (mashing enzymes - decomposition - produces carbon dioxide)
3. Automatic Control - Siemens 7-inch LCD display, fully automatic temperature reduction.
4. Fermentation - 6 stainless steel fermentation tanks (quantity can be increased), specifically for storing beer, capable of both fermentation and storage.
5. CIP Cleaning - Automatic cleaning, capable of cleaning both mashing tanks and fermentation tanks.
6. Refrigeration - Compressor cools the alcohol, which is pumped to the fermentation tanks for cooling. The contact between alcohol and beer is centralized indirect cooling, preventing freezing.
7. Exhaust - During mashing, hot wort timing, boiling for 60 minutes produces steam, so there is an internal exhaust pipe that cools it with water, eliminating steam output.
8. Beer Dispensing - Beer dispensing tank is cooled, and beer flows out through the tap (beer dispenser, food-grade hose).
9. Heating - Electric heating, steam heating, two sets of heating pipes, used for wort boiling.Beer equipment must be used with specific brewing processes to ensure continuous beer production.
From the initial malt crushing stage, preparing wort and raw liquid in different tanks, the process of mashing--filtering--boiling--whirlpool settling--fermentation takes approximately 12-20 days.
After fermentation, beer wort is obtained, which can be directly consumed or sold. If equipped with fine filtration and sterilization equipment, the beer can be bottled or canned for longer preservation.
