1. Automatic Cup Feeding Mechanism: Operators only need to place the boxed materials at the feeding position. Compared to the previous method of manually placing cup tubes into the feeding tube, this is more convenient and efficient, significantly reducing manual operation processes.

2. Automatic Filter Paper Feeding Mechanism: Utilizes a 4-channel die-cutting system to achieve automatic paper roll collection and release, as well as automatic position correction. Each station can detect the presence of filter paper and automatically replenish it, effectively reducing downtime.

3. Automatic Welding Mechanism: Adopts a 16-station (4*4) rotary structure, with feeding, filter paper placement, welding, and unloading performed simultaneously. Ultrasonic welding uses pressure-automated control to ensure constant welding pressure, resulting in strong and aesthetically pleasing welds.

4. CCD Visual Inspection: Equipped with 2 sets of high-definition industrial cameras. The inspection system can detect defects during the belt operation and reject defective products into a defective product bin.

5. Automatic Collection Mechanism: Capable of automatically flipping and nesting cup bodies. Equipped with counting sensors, it allows setting the number of stacked cups and the number of boxes per container.
