Combination filler

Product Introduction    Combination packing is developed based on soft and semi-soft packing, combining the advantages of both. Its structure replaces plastic discs with double-ring large plastic rings, pressing aldehyde fibers or polyester filaments onto the ring loops to ensure uniform distribution of fiber bundles; the inner ring consists of snowflake-shaped plastic branches, which not only support biofilm growth but also effectively cut bubbles, enhancing oxygen transfer rate and utilization. This facilitates full exchange of water, air, and biofilm, enabling efficient treatment of organic matter in water.
Application: 
    Used in sewage and wastewater treatment projects, supporting equipment such as contact oxidation towers, oxidation ponds, and oxidation tanks. It serves as a biological carrier for wastewater treatment via biological contact oxidation and anaerobic fermentation methods.

    Features high heat dissipation, low resistance, excellent water and air distribution, easy biofilm formation, and bubble-cutting capability. 
Specifications: 
    Unit diameter Φ150mm, with spacing options of 80mm or 100mm. Central ropes are available in plastic or fiber materials.
