Stainless Steel A-Type Spiral Nozzle

Design Features ● The A3 and As nozzles with maximum unobstructed channels minimize the possibility of clogging in high-flow pollution control applications. In this simple integrated design, the inlet aperture is the smallest diameter in the liquid flow path. The spiral outlet is proportionally larger than the inlet diameter. This nearly eliminates clogging and allows maximum liquid throughput. The maximum unobstructed channel A3 and As nozzles are made of 316 stainless steel and polyethylene, respectively. Upon customer request, they can also be manufactured from materials such as PTFE, silicon carbide, ceramic, and polyurethane. The spray angles are 60°, 90°, and 120°, with a solid cone spray pattern.
