Main Features:
The JY-260 Swirl Mixing Aerator is a new type of aeration device, improved based on spiral aerators, divergent flow aerators, and Jinshan-type aerators. This product features corrosion resistance, high oxygen utilization efficiency, resistance to clogging, and easy installation.
The JY-260 Swirl Mixing Aerator utilizes a multi-layer spiral cutting method for oxygen aeration. When airflow enters the JY-260 mixed-flow aerator, it first passes through a two-stage spiral cutting system. After cutting, it enters the lower multi-layer serrated air distribution head for further multi-layer cutting, breaking the bubbles into micro-bubbles. This significantly improves oxygen utilization efficiency, ensuring uniform air distribution and high oxygen transfer efficiency.
Scope of Application:
The JY-260 Swirl Mixing Aerator is suitable for activated sludge biochemical treatment of industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage in large, medium, and small-scale applications. It is also used as an aeration device in biological contact oxidation processes for wastewater treatment and for pre-aeration in regulating tanks. It is widely applicable in various aeration tanks for plug-flow and mixed-flow biochemical treatment systems.
