Zhejiang Jingguang Industrial Co., Ltd., formerly known as Zhejiang Jingguang Chemical Co., Ltd., was approved and established by the Shaoxing Shangyu District Administration for Industry and Commerce on March 22, 2002. On June 18, 2015, it was approved by the Shaoxing Administration for Industry and Commerce to change to a joint stock limited company (non-listed), with a registered capital of 63.5 million RMB. Located in the Zhejiang Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, it is a national high-tech enterprise, a pilot enterprise for management innovation in Zhejiang Province, and a recipient of the Shangyu District Mayor's Quality Award. The company has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Zhejiang Jingguang Textile Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Lianhui New Materials Co., Ltd. The company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and operation of dye intermediates, dyes, auxiliaries, and textile dyeing. It has formed an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of para-ester, 25,000 tons of reactive dyes, 5,000 tons of acid dyes, and 50,000 tons of water purifying agents.

The company has established a provincial-level enterprise technology center for reactive dyes and a provincial-level high-tech enterprise research and development center for reactive dyes. Jingguang dyes have significant influence in the international and domestic dye industry.
