I. Discharge Printing Process:
Ground color dyeing (pad dyeing) → Pre-finishing → Discharge printing → Drying → Steaming → Post-treatment
II. Steaming:
High humidity saturated steam at 102~105°C for 15 minutes.
III. Post-treatment:
Padding water bath → Cold water wash → Cold water wash → Warm water wash (60°C-70°C) → Hot water wash (95°C) → Soaping (95°C, 3g/l soap agent) → Hot water wash (80°C-90°C) → Cold water wash → Drying
Rongalite Discharge White
Effects may vary based on different ground color depths and discharge formulations. The current discharge results are based on the method on the right.
Color cards are produced using dyed cotton fabric.
