The SC660 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher utilizes a hydraulic system for its adjustment mechanism. The moving cone uniformly swings back and forth around the centerline of the fixed cone. By replacing mechanical components with a hydraulic system, this equipment significantly reduces external mechanical devices compared to traditional spring-type cone crushers. It offers a higher degree of automation and enables intelligent control.

Working Principle

The moving cone, together with the vertical shaft, is driven by the eccentric bushing. The eccentric bushing is powered by the horizontal shaft and pulley through bevel gears. The pulley is driven by the motor via V-belts. The lower part of the vertical shaft is inserted into the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, the shaft traces a conical surface. As a result, the ore is crushed when the moving cone approaches the stationary cone. The ore enters the crusher through the feed opening and falls onto the distribution plate, which is mounted on the upper end of the vertical shaft. The rotation of the vertical shaft causes vibration, evenly distributing the ore around the cone.
