Working Principle:

The impact crusher operates on the typical impact crushing principle. Specifically, its crushing process involves three types of impact crushing phenomena: iron-stone impact, stone-iron impact, and stone-stone impact. When ore enters the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating rotor's hammer directly strikes the ore, causing it to move at high speed. During the striking and movement process, collisions between the ore, the hammer, and the liner plate result in crushing processes such as stone-iron impact, iron-stone impact, and stone-stone impact. Through repeated collisions, the stone material undergoes multiple rounds of crushing and shaping, ultimately achieving an ideal particle shape.
