I. Preparation Phase

Develop an implementation plan: Based on the current situation analysis, the enterprise needs to create a detailed triple system certification implementation plan, including timelines, responsible persons, and specific measures.

Prepare management system documents: The enterprise should draft corresponding management system documents, such as quality manuals, environmental manuals, occupational health and safety manuals, as well as procedural documents and work instructions, in accordance with the triple system certification standards to clarify the requirements and processes of the management system.

Training and promotion: The enterprise should organize internal training to familiarize employees with the triple system certification standards and the enterprise's management system documents, enhancing employees' awareness and capabilities regarding certification. Additionally, the enterprise should strengthen external promotion to increase customer and public awareness of the triple system certification.

II. Certification Application Phase

Select a certification body: The enterprise needs to choose a certification body with legitimacy and credibility, understand its certification process and requirements, and ensure the smooth progress of the certification work. When selecting, priority should be given to authoritative and reputable institutions.

Submit the application: The enterprise should submit a complete set of application materials as required by the certification body, including an enterprise profile, management system documents, internal audit reports, etc.

Sign the contract: The enterprise and the certification body sign a certification contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and agree on specific certification matters and fees.

III. Certification Phase

Audit preparation: The enterprise should prepare for the on-site audit as required by the certification body, including scheduling the audit, preparing audit materials, and organizing relevant personnel.

On-site audit: The certification body's auditors will conduct an on-site audit of the enterprise, inspecting the operation of the management system, documents, and records to ensure compliance with the triple system certification standards. The audit generally consists of two stages: document review and on-site audit. Document review primarily involves examining the management system documents submitted by the enterprise, while the on-site audit entails an in-depth inspection of the enterprise's premises.

Audit report: The auditors will compile an audit report based on the on-site audit findings, pointing out issues and providing improvement suggestions. The enterprise should address the issues promptly as required by the audit report to ensure continuous improvement of the management system.

IV. Certificate Issuance and Ongoing Supervision

Certificate issuance: Enterprises that pass the on-site audit and meet the triple system certification standards will receive the triple system certification certificate issued by the certification body, proving that their management system meets the requirements.

Ongoing supervision: After obtaining the triple system certification certificate, the enterprise must undergo continuous supervision by the certification body to ensure that its management system remains compliant with the certification standards. Ongoing supervision includes regular surveillance audits and unannounced spot checks. Surveillance audits are periodic inspections of the enterprise's management system operation to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to certification standards. Spot checks are surprise inspections conducted by the certification body without prior notice to verify that the enterprise consistently maintains certification standards.
