Loading Process: Mechanical forklifts are usually used for loading operations. During loading, maintain a steady speed when moving forward, backward, up, and down. Accurately locate the insertion holes to avoid sudden braking or sharp turns, preventing damage to the pallets.

Securing Process: Drivers who are transporting plastic pallets for the first time may not be familiar with securing methods. It is recommended to use clamps to fix the pallets to prevent shaking and collisions during transportation, which could cause damage.

Charging Standards

There is currently no unified charging standard for plastic pallet transportation in Xi'an. The cost may be influenced by the following factors:

Transportation Distance: The farther the distance, the higher the cost usually is. For short-distance transportation, there may be a starting price. For example, using a small trailer may cost 5 - 7 yuan per kilometer, with a starting price of around 300 yuan. Long-distance transportation may be calculated at around 1 - 2 yuan per kilometer, depending on the actual situation.

Number and Weight of Pallets: Transporting a large number of heavy plastic pallets will occupy more transportation space and load capacity, and the cost will increase accordingly.

Transportation Method: Choosing ordinary freight vehicles versus professional logistics distribution services will result in different charges. Professional logistics distribution may offer better service and timeliness but may also come at a higher cost.

Special Requirements: If the customer has special requirements, such as door-to-door pickup, delivery, or delivery within a specific time frame, additional fees may apply.
