Appearance Inspection

Chemical Performance Inspection
Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Place the pallet in common chemical environments (such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc.) and observe whether discoloration, deformation, or dissolution occurs to evaluate its tolerance to chemicals. This is particularly important for pallets used in industries like chemical and food processing, where exposure to various chemicals is common.
Aging Performance: Conduct artificial accelerated aging tests (such as UV exposure, thermal aging, etc.) to simulate the effects of environmental factors during long-term use, detecting changes in performance over time to predict the pallet's service life and stability under different environmental conditions.

Stacking Performance: Conduct stacking tests by stacking multiple pallets together and applying a certain load to observe whether the pallets can withstand stacking pressure without deformation or cracking, assessing their load-bearing capacity and stability during stacked storage.
