1. Correctly select the brand designation. Electromagnetic pure iron is categorized into (A), (E), and Super (C) based on magnetic performance levels. For higher magnetic requirements, opt for higher grades (E, C levels).
2. For the electromagnetic pure iron series, general electromagnetic properties are the standard for acceptance; chemical composition is not typically evaluated unless specified by the customer. If chemical composition is required, please indicate this in the purchase contract.
3. The electromagnetic properties of Shenglonghua's products are measured under magnetic annealing conditions using test samples. However, products are delivered in hot-rolled, hot-forged, or softened annealed states (for cold-rolled or cold-drawn materials). Therefore, to fully realize the material's potential magnetic properties, customers should anneal the parts after manufacturing. Magnetic annealing process: If the carbon content in the finished product is ≤0.007%, a simplified process of 850°C for 3 hours can be used. For carbon content >0.007%, follow the process specified by the national standard (GB).
4. Generally, for goods requiring no additional processing, the delivery cycle is three working days. For goods needing processing, the delivery time will be determined based on the complexity of the drawings.
