Gas Chillers

Baochiyuan's designed gas chillers are professionally designed for cooling processes in workstations, laboratories, spaces, localized areas, lead-free wave soldering, reflow soldering, and materials. Specifications are divided based on temperature control ranges as follows:

Above 10°C, 5–10°C, 0–5°C, -5–-15°C

Design of Gas Chillers:

Equipped with imported brand fully enclosed scroll compressors and renowned refrigeration components, offering superior performance and reliable operation. No cooling tower installation required, easy to install and move, suitable for locations with limited water sources where cooling towers are not needed. Low-noise fan motors, excellent cooling and condensation effects, stable throttling mechanisms, and superior anti-corrosion treatment, making them particularly suitable for rapid surface cooling in wave soldering and reflow soldering processes in electronic or mechanical factories.

Applications of Gas Chillers:

I. Baochiyuan brand gas chillers have the following features:

1. Fans are selected from imported high-quality brands, scientifically sized using computer selection software, ensuring high efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance. They guarantee air volume and pressure head, with fan bearings using lithium-based grease, allowing long-term operation without the need for additional lubrication;

2. Air-cooled condensers are used, with heat exchangers featuring copper tubes and aluminum fins. Copper tubes are arranged in an equilateral staggered pattern, aluminum fins are double-curved corrugated, and tube holes are double-flanged. Mechanical tube expansion ensures tight contact between copper tubes and fins, providing excellent heat transfer, low air resistance, and easy cleaning. Paired with high-quality condenser fans, they offer high air volume, low noise, and outstanding performance. Additionally, air-cooled condensers are convenient to use and do not require additional cooling towers;

3. The gas chiller structure adopts a combined sheet metal design, facilitating maintenance and internal cleaning. Based on the airflow direction of the condenser fan, heat dissipation holes are scientifically punched into the sheet metal, serving both heat dissipation and aesthetic purposes;

4. Gas chillers are scientifically designed, fully considering the optimal combination of technical parameters, with advanced and reasonable performance indicators. They can also be modified according to user requirements to provide products with different performance specifications.
