Concrete Dedicated Chiller (Concrete Dedicated Freezer), used for high-power industrial construction projects to cool concrete - in expressways, high-speed rail, tunnels, hydropower, dams, bridges, hydropower stations, and other projects, mostly in large-volume concrete construction, ensuring that no cracks occur in thicker concrete structures.

Improving project quality requires reducing the heat of hydration and pouring temperature of concrete. The concrete temperature can be reduced to below 15 degrees. Meanwhile, cement, stones, and yellow sand yield better product quality when the temperature is between 20-30 degrees. However, the high environmental temperature in summer, along with high water temperature, is unfavorable for mixing. Therefore, using a dedicated concrete mixing station cooling industrial chiller to directly provide 3-10℃ chilled water can fully meet the national quality inspection requirements for concrete cooling process cold sources.
